Objectives

Our objective is simple. We want the world to feel wonderful in any drinking situation. No matter whom you are, what you do, or where you live, it’s ok to be a little sassy. We as a cooperation intend on reaching a 90% customer satisfaction rate in 2010 and get at least 75% of those purchases to be repeat customers for 2011. “Before the details of a marketing plan can be developed, objectives for the plan must be stated.” It doesn't stop there. We want to partner with today’s leading brands of vodka and spirits and introduce our new concept of infusing this all natural aphrodisiac into their specialty items. We know that with a new idea, sometimes it takes a little more than word of mouth for that product to catch on. So when introducing Body to the world, we want to give back by taking 15% of all revenue and donate it to the SOS Children's Village foundation. This is reaching out to more than 78,000 kids in over 124 countries. Giving them homes to live in, providing vaccination from illnesses, and parents that will take them under their care and save them from the misfortunes of life in a third world country. Situation or SWOT Analysis

Strengths

It’s available in stores, clubs, online and can even be delivered right at your door. “When examining internal strengths the marketing manager should focus on organizational resources such as production costs, marketing skills, financial resources, company or brand image, employee capabilities, and available technology.” Looking at all these things, we came to the conclusion that, in a society where adults both young and old are always looking for that new adventure and many are taking new risks. All over the world, people of all ages, gender, ethnicity, and social status want extraordinary pleasure in any sense and they want it now. You can buy our product on-line for a 12% discount. You can also drive to your local liquor store and find it on the top shelf right next to the top brands, like Absolute and Greygoose. Weaknesses

“Another issue to consider in this marketing plan is the historical background of the firm, its sales and profit history.” Because this is a brand new product and it is so different than any other brand of Vodka in the market, a few aspects that contribute to turning against us is the fact that it’s a new product. Secondly, will people want Vodka that makes them all hot and bothered? Not everyone drinks vodka and not all people drink period. There are many great tasting and selling vodka's out there. The link below will tell you that Absolute is the best seller of 2009. So in order to compete with a brand that has been around for over 130 years and to have a higher price tag then Absolute, and to only have one flavor to start off. Opportunities

Like many companies, we too are trying to find new opportunities and path ways in order to have our product in your hands but more so in your body. "McDonald's marketers are even taking advantage of gas price increases by running commercials in which teenagers decide not to fill their empty gas tank and buy $1 double cheeseburgers to fill their stomachs instead." So instead of spending $70.00 plus dollars on a pill, why not spend half as much on a bottle of our eccentric vodka that will make you feel good in all aspects of human behavior. Threats

"Environmental scanning helps identify market opportunities and threats and provides guidelines for the design of marketing strategy." Through our scanning and extensive research, we have found out that new products don't always make it. Some are cash cows, some become dogs and others, like the iPod become stars. One of the biggest threat's we face is coming up with a product that is new to the world. With Body being infused with an aphrodisiac, the question stands firm. For the protection of everybody in the drinking realm. And for the protection of our sake here at Artist.Inspire we encourage our users to drink responsibly. As many people know media has one of the biggest impacts on society and therefor it has an impact on our reputation. But we need not to worry because our product is so natural that there are no side affects. Normally you get a hang over or you get too drunk and cant remember a single thing that happened the night before. People ask is it safe, how much can you drink before getting sick, how long will the effects of the aphrodisiac last ? To be honest you need to ask your self how much can you handle? Are you willing to drink yourself into a position that you are not ready for? Are you ready for the sex that will come after consumption? Wk 9 Eoc

Hmmmmm.... Something I bought that ment more to me than any price tag, was surly my iPod. It wasn't the most expensive of my purchases but It did mean a lot to me. Falling in love with music I always wanted to have music with me where ever I go. I never overpaid for anything. My friend was working for eBay and he had a few iPods for sale. I quickly snatched one up for just under half price of $145.00, what a score! Being a music producer, and not having any music blasting into my ears is not a good feeling I don't take that title lightly. I don't go anywhere without my music. I have it in the car, when I'm riding my bike around town, with me when I'm working out and even when I'm sleeping. Music Is my life, buying this iPod opened a new dimension to how you can listen to music. It replaced that big round CD player that only played one CD at a time and if it were scratched then you had a problem. I now can listen to 6000 songs in a day if the day were long enough. I listen to all kinds of music ranging from Jazz to Techno to Hip-Hop, and everything in between. The iPod has made life a little easier for the music producer and music enthusiast. I have had the same iPod for about 4 years. Bought brand new, it came with a factory velvet case. It was durable and protected my iPod from any scratches and dirt. IPod.. oh iPod what will do without you?

EOC wk 7

Most people these days are looking to feel and be healthier. Anything that can make you feel younger or in better shape is always a plus. Then you have the ones who could care less about what they eat or drink. And you have the people that are in the middle, not to sure on how they look, if they have good taste in things or whether or not they can find a date for the evening. How about a drink that will not only give you everything I just mentioned, but more! Think if you would. What do most males and females desire in life?
